Place originals in a carton.

Put your name on the carton and insert the Transfer Checklist

Pack carton to avoid contents shifting during transit.

For customers living or working on Long Island, please call 516-457-0665 for
free pickup. Order must be at least $95.

For other customers, please ship the carton via the carrier of your choice
(USPS Priority Mail, UPS, FedEx, etc.) that uses a tracking number for added
security.
